Pink-Dipsy-Bulle Nail Polish Swatches and Reviews

Hello loves! Today I have five polishes from Pink-Dipsy-Bulle to show you. I stumbled across this shop on Etsy when I was browsing one day and looking for new brands to try. Here is the shop description directly from Etsy: "Welcome to my etsy shop. I create nail polish for myself and I sell here some extra I made with the remaining pigments, so some of them are in very small quantities. They are all limited edition, I finish my pigments and when they are sold out they are gone. All polish "3-Free". This means they do not contain the Toxic Trio of chemicals: Toluene, Formaldehyde and dibutyl phthalate."  She sells both Franken polishes (two or more current nail polishes mixed together) and regular made polishes. As soon as I spotted Violets Are Blue, I knew I needed to give this shop a try :) The five polishes I chose aren't all from one specific collection but are just the five I happened to pick out to try for review purposes. I'm hoping to give all of you a small idea of the array of polishes the shop carries. Enjoy!

First up is the lovely polish that hooked me in, Violets Are Blue. This one is a Valentine's Day Limited Edition. It's described as a dark shimmery purple blue with green shimmer. It pulled very purple on me and didn't have much blue tone to it on my skin tone. I honestly can't get enough of this color! I don't own anything like it in my fairly large polish stash. It was opaque and even in 2 coats and I had absolutely no application issues. Out of the 5, this one is definitely my favorite. What I'm saying is, GET IT BEFORE IT'S GONE! ;)

Next up is one of the franken polishes, Coral Reef. It's described as a pink/coral color with pink shimmer. This one also had an excellent formula that was opaque and even in 2 coats. I didn't experience any application issues with this one either. Coral usually doesn't suit my skin tone very well (much to my dismay because coral polishes are so freakin' gorgeous :( - I'm lookin' at you Essie- Cute as a Button and OPI- Shootout at the O.K. Coral ), but I actually liked this one on me.

This is another franken called Moonstone. It's described as a beige color with vibrant blue hues. It took 3 coats to get this one completely opaque for me, but depending on your application, it could take only 2. I wasn't a fan of how this looked with my skin tone but I still think it's a beautiful polish.

Next up is Black Hole, a multichrome topper. I used one coat over black polish with top coat for these photos. This one is described as a cyan, blue, and purple multichrome micro glitter that shifts from green to blue. This one actually pulled blue/purple with very little green on me and I really loved it. My swatches really don't do this one justice (or the other topper) but it is a truly stunning color. I had no application issues with this one.

Last, but certainly not least, is Nebula, the other multichrome topper. This is my other favorite of the five polishes I tried. It's described as a teal blue and purple multichrome with multichrome microglitter that shifts from gold to green. This one is SO stunning and no application issues here either. This is one coat over black polish with top coat.

Superchic Lacquer Serendipity Nail Polish Swatches & Review

Hi Loves! Today I have two polishes from the new Superchic Lacquer collection, Serendipity. There are a total of nine polishes in the collection. I'm hoping to get at least one more swatched for you next week. The Serendipity collection is described as "bright pastel neon shades with matte to low-sheen cream finishes and an eye-catching illuminated flash of dewy reflectiveness that pop in all types of lighting and compliment all skin tones!" I'd say this is a very accurate description of the polishes I've tried from this collection so far. There are seven of the "pastel neon shades", one awesome looking silvery gray, and one absolutely gorgeous linear holographic top coat (which I NEED to own ;)). On to the swatches and review!:

First, I want to show the cute packaging they came in. I love the key chain nail file that was included with my order. That will actually come in handy! 

This first polish is called Happenstance. It is described as "an over-the-top, hot popping bubblegum pink." I seriously LOVE this one. You'll soon learn that I love pink nail polishes of all kinds, and this one is truly a new favorite pink polish in my stash. It applied well in 2 coats. The first coat was a bit streaky, but that's pretty normal for a "neon" and especially a matte polish, but it evened out perfectly with a second coat. All of the polishes in this collection seem to look great with or without top coat, although I did use topcoat for all of my swatches so far.

Next up is Pleasant Surprise, described as "a most incredible luscious retro teal blue with a twist of turquoise to it." This one had another great formula, requiring only 2 coats for coverage and evenness. I also added some Ciate Mosaic Madness to my ring finger to see how it paired. 

Both of these polishes were very easy to apply. I had no issues with streaking whatsoever, like I usually do with neons, so I was very happy with that. I also love how they look with my skin tone. They actually seem to make me look slightly tanner, which is always a win! Superchic Lacquers can be purchased from Superchic Lacquers- WonderBeautyProducts on Etsy for $10 each.
